Exodus of Wellness values customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products (gels, gummies, etc.), most items are non-refundable once purchased. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Exceptions
The following exceptions apply to our returns and refunds policy:
Raw Sea Moss: Unopened, sealed packages of raw Sea Moss may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
No Returns for the Following:
Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please complete the form below. We will review and get your return processed as soon as possible. You may also contact our customer support team at admin@exodustowellness.com. Provide your order number, phone number, email and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s), if approved.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Refunds
